AI Transparency
Last updated: 18 June 2026
1. Regulatory framework
This notice describes how we apply the artificial-intelligence transparency obligations set out in Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 ("AI Act"), applicable from 2 August 2026. The aim is that you can always recognise when content or an interaction involves AI systems.
2. Site content
Some texts, images or illustrations on this site may have been generated or assisted by AI systems. Where this occurs in a material way, the content is flagged as such. The texts of the work are the author's; any accessory outreach materials may be AI-assisted.
3. AI assistant
The site may offer a conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence (MCP service) to explore the work's content. When you interact with this assistant, you are interacting with an AI system: its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
4. Human oversight and limits
AI-generated output does not replace the original text of the work and does not constitute professional advice. It always remains subject to the reader's assessment.
5. Updates
This notice will be updated in line with the evolving regulatory framework and European codes of practice on AI transparency.
